March 06, 2010 — This video shows the character, strength, and resilience of the Chilean people. Yes, we have suffered the wrath and tears of a catastrophic earthquake of calamitous proportions. In the clutch of misfortune and circumstance, we have winced - we have cried aloud. We have shown the worst - and the best - within us. Yet through it all, our faith in God and our solidarity - gives rise to hope. Even as I write these words, a national telethon is in progress. Chile helps Chile regain its vitality, our life force - Fuerza Chile! Chile rises - Chile stands again - and the Pride of a nation - humbled by Mother Nature - is restored - once again. Viva Chile! We of TESOL Chile salute you! Chile is the Master of its Fate - Chile is the Captain of its national Soul. Fuerza Chile! Viva Chile!
